Pork ribs with ferns and beans
300 g fern
300 g pork ribs
1 Bank of canned red beans
2 Art. l. tomato paste
1 onion
1 small carrot
3 Art. l. vegetable oil
Salt to taste
ground black pepper
dried basil
1 bay leaves

Spaserovat onion, add grated carrot, tomato paste, put the ribs and slightly browned. Add chopped fern and boiled water so that it covered fern and meat. Simmer 5 minutes. After that, add the canned beans, mix well. Season with salt and black pepper. Put the bay leaf and dried basil. Simmer until tender. Before serving, you can decorate with greenery.
