Spaghetti with wine sauce
Ingredients:
for 4 servings:
400 g spaghetti
100 ml dry red wine
300 g tomatoes canned in its own juice
100 g butter

2 cloves of garlic
salt, pepper, dried basil, a bunch of fresh basil
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes. Then add the garlic, passed through the spadefoot, pour the wine, add salt, pepper, a teaspoon of dried basil and simmer 10 minutes more. Boil the spaghetti in salted water, put them on a plate, pour the sauce and sprinkle with chopped fresh basil.
