Veal with ham and carrots
500 g veal
200 g smoked spicy brisket
1 carrots
salt
In a piece of veal wrapped small pieces of brisket. Salt. Stack in foil and top with the veal is lined with carrots and remaining slices of brisket. Wrapped in 2 layers of foil and bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
