Veal with potatoes "rustic"
100 g the pulp of boiled veal
3-4 potatoes
1,5 glass water
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
salt
Cut into circles peeled potatoes, put half in a baking dish, greased.
Put the sliced potatoes plastics veal, put the rest of the potatoes, season with salt.
In the form to pour the boiled water, cover everything with foil or lid and bake for 30-40 minutes until the potatoes are ready.
Before serving veal with potatoes "rustic" sprinkled with the chopped herbs.
