Meat in tomato sauce with potatoes

Meat, preferably veal, boneless or ribs, cook until complete evaporation of the liquid, pour the oil, salt and pepper, fry during cooking add chopped onion, a little bit more all fry, add 2 tbsp. spoon full with riding, tomato paste and continue to fry for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In a frying pan fry the potatoes, at the end of the pan to put sliced tomatoes and a little hold on the fire, a little salt.
At the end of the potatoes and tomatoes can pass on to the meat and keep warm lodge together. Or may individually submit pre Sprinkle chopped parsley.
