Tiramisu
biscuits "savoyyardi" (it is "ladies' fingers")
300 g creamy mascarpone cheese (approx.)
4 pcs. eggs (., whites and yolks separately)
100 g sugar (., preferably in powdered sugar)
organic coffee, brewed in Turku (half a cup)
4-5 tablespoons Marsala wine (or liquor "Amaretto", or one of the creamy cream liqueurs - Bailey's, Carolans)
glass ready whipped cream (approximately)
cocoa powder
chocolate chips
Mascarpone cheese kneaded with whipped cream. Whipped egg yolks with the sugar until white. Proteins - with a pinch of salt to a very strong white foam. Then the yolks and whites are added in portions in turn in the curd. All gently stirred.
In a container of cold strong coffee poured wine (or liquor). This impregnation for "ladies' fingers". There dipped cookies and rows of tightly to one another, laid on the bottom portioned dessert molds (you can use kremanki or wide glasses for whiskey �on-rocks�). On-wet impregnated sponge layer is laid out cream cheese. Then again, and again a layer of biscuit cream. The topmost "floor" should be creamy.
Tiramisu is almost ready. He left just as it should soak and cool (at least - three o'clock in the fridge, and it is better if you leave it dessert at night). Before serving, tiramisu sprinkled with cocoa (powder sieved through a sieve) and chocolate chips. You can decorate with fresh berries or fruit.
