Stewed beef with potatoes

800 g beef

4 carrots

2 bulbs

2 tbsp. sour cream

800 g potatoes

2 tbsp. butter

Cut the meat into pieces, carrot sticks, onion slices. In a pan melt the butter, add the meat and fry on all sides and remove. Instead of meat in a pressure cooker put the onion and carrot and fry, add the meat, sour cream, salt, pepper and herbs. On top of the meat to put the grill and place the potatoes, cut into cubes.
