Turkey fillet with mustard sauce
4 pcs. turkey (fillet) -. (for 150g)
250 g canned corn
some corn to choose? we'll show
200 g green beans
1 pcs. red bell pepper
4 pcs. chervil (twigs)
2 pcs. Mint (twigs)
200 g sour cream
50 g butter
3 Art. l. mustard
salt, pepper - to taste
Mix mustard and half sour cream and chopped mint and pepper. Put in a mixture of turkey fillet, stir and leave to marinate for 1 hour. Then remove from marinade and blot.
While marinated turkey, cook the beans in salted water until soft (about 4 min.), Recline in a colander and rinse with cold water. Pepper peel and cut into cubes. Fry the vegetables in a small amount of butter, remove, add to the pan and fry more oil fillets 2 min. on each side. Salt (I, frankly, did not do it, but it all depends on the composition of mustard), pour the marinade and the remaining sour cream and simmer on low heat for 6 minutes.
In vegetables add corn, heat the remaining oil in, serve with fillet and garnish with greens.
