Crispy toast with mushrooms
Required Products:
16 French loaf - slices
200 g marinated mushrooms or fresh chopped
2-3 Art. l. shallots chopped
2 Art. l. chopped parsley
3 Art. l. butter
3 Art. l. wheat flour

2 glass milk
1 Art. l. vegetable oil
300 g grated cheese
salt
ground black pepper
Vegetable oil saut shallots and parsley for 2-3 minut.Rastopite butter and sprinkle with flour. Heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour in the milk. Continuing to stir, bring to a boil. Add mushrooms, onion and parsley, salt, pepper and boiled down to low heat for 5-6 minutes.
On a baking sheet, place the slices of bread. They lay out the mushroom sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated 180 � C oven for 5 minutes.
