Chakhokhbili chicken with tomatoes
1 kg chicken () - 1 piece
1 kg tomatoes or
3/4 glass tomato paste
4-5 onion - heads
5 PCs egg
100 g butter
50 g melted butter
parsley
dill
salt
ground pepper
Chicken cut into pieces, fry in melted butter until Golden brown. Add chopped onion, oil,fry for another 7 minutes, pour passed through a meat grinder tomatoes and simmer 20-25 minutes.At the end of cooking, season with salt and pepper, add the finely chopped herbs, bring to the boil, add 3 beaten eggs and remove from heat. The remaining eggs cook.
When serving, sprinkle the chicken with the chopped eggs and parsley.
