Language in borisopolski with cheese
For cooking you will need:
600 g beef tongue
2 Art. l. butter
7 pcs. potato
50 g Dutch cheese
2 pcs. onion
greens, black pepper, salt - to taste
Language to put in boiling water and boil. After cooling under running water, remove the skin and cut into slices. Potatoes cut into slices, simmered in broth (or water) and place on the bottom of the pot. Arrange the slices on top of the language, browned onion, grated cheese, chopped herbs, pour cream sauce and melted butter. Pot cover cake dough for 20-30 minutes and put in the oven. That the dough is not burnt, cover it with a wet paper towel.
