Egg pie
15 finely chopped garlic
8 g compressed yeast
1 glass wheat flour

2 tbsp. vegetable oil

3 glasses of water, flour, salt and yeast knead homogeneous dough, leave it in a warm place for an hour.
Beat eggs, salt and combine with finely chopped garlic.
Roll the dough into a thin layer, grease it with a teaspoon of oil, sprinkle with the remaining garlic, put a layer of dough in half lengthwise, then roll out into a thin pancake.
Heat the oil to 140 degrees, pour in the beaten eggs, the layer of dough to put on top.
Fry egg pie until cooked on both sides.
Before serving, chop the egg pie diamonds.
