Enriched soup
Any available greens: onion, parsley, dill, beans, sorrel (each 0.5-1 bunch)
100 g Radish ()
300-400 g Radish (its not much happens, but can be limited )
1-2 Carrot ( big things)
3-4 Tomatoes ( berries medium size)
200 g Turnip ()
200-250 g Sour cream ()
All the vegetables are cut into small cubes, mix, salted and slightly diluted with cold boiled water. Then, in an impromptu soup is added finely chopped parsley and sour cream. The entire set should again carefully move and add salt to taste. As soon as it cools in the fridge - you can start a refreshing meal.
