Cherries in sugar
Ingredients:
1 kg cherry
300 g powdered sugar
100 g vodka (brandy)
50 g lemon juice
Select the most beautiful berries, wash. Put on a clean cloth and leave to dry at room temperature for a day.
Then pour the cherry vodka (you can cognac). Twenty-four hours to drain the fluid and cherries dipped in lemon juice and roll in powdered sugar. Leave at room temperature to a little berries dried up. Then put them in a box from under sweets.
Store in a cool place.
