Garnish in Russian (3)
2 pcs. potato
300 g mushrooms
1 pcs. beet
1/2 h. l. wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
1/2 glass sour cream
3 Art. l. butter
1/2 h. l. cumin seeds
Salt - to taste
Potatoes cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil.
Mushroom slice, fry in butter side.
For the sauce, saut the flour into pieces of butter, sour cream, spread and cook 5 minutes. Pour sauce cooked mushrooms, salt and simmer 5 minutes.
Beets chop sticks and ran with the addition of the remaining butter and cumin seeds until tender.
When applying to the dish lay chips, mushrooms in cream sauce and stewed beets. Arrange greens.
