3 PCs beets
For the sauce:
2/3 glass milk
what kind of milk should I choose? we'll show
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. wheat flour
ground black pepper, salt to taste
Beets boil and purified from the skin, RUB on a small grater or chop in a blender until smooth.
For the sauce, flour spasseruyte on the oil, dilute milk and simmer for 5 minutes.
Grated beets connect with sauce, salt, pepper, and warm.
When applying mashed potatoes can be put on the chips and decorate with greens.
