Beef with Mushrooms
1 kg beef
3 4 tablespoons fat
150 g fat
500 g fresh mushrooms
15 20 peas black pepper
salt, parsley
Beef cut into chunks and fry in fat, salt and pepper. Bottom of the pot to put thin slices of bacon, it put the meat on top and peeled, washed mushrooms (coarsely chopped, and small - as a whole).
