Beef with Mushrooms
Required Products:
750 g Beef - pulp
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
1/2 h. l. cayenne pepper
250 ml dry red wine
500 ml Beef bouillon cubes
300 g small mushrooms
200 g Onion-Onion
1/2 glass vinegar of 3%
2 Art. l. cream
1 h. l. mustard
1 basil, thyme, oregano - on tsp.
salt
The flesh of beef strip of film, cut into cubes 25-30 g, fry in hot oil, salt, pepper to taste. Pour in the wine and broth, simmer, covered for 1 hour.
Onions clean, pour vinegar for 20 minutes. Clean the mushrooms, dip for 1 minute in boiling water, add to the meat with pickled onions and vinegar. Enter cream, mustard, bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes at a moderate boil. For 5-7 minutes until cooked, add the herbs, salt and pepper.
When submitting complete your sprig of basil.
