Austrian pancakes
3/4 glass 1 flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show
2 glass milk
2 yolk
1/4 glass sugar
pinch of salt
3 tablespoons butter
Milk mix with flour until smooth with no lumps. Add to the flour yolks, sugar and salt, mix everything thoroughly. On a greased with melted butter the pan, pour a thin layer of dough and bake on medium heat on both sides.
The Austrians for each pancake usually put a little apricot jam and rolled into a tube. Serve, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
