Hot chocolate with liquor in Bulgarian
100 g Chocolate
300 ml milk
what milk to choose? we'll show
30 g sugar
30 g cream
1-2 h. l. liquor
cinnamon
vanilla sugar
Chocolate rub on a grater (pinch to postpone registration), pour the hot milk, add sugar, cinnamon and vanilla sugar to taste, mix well and bring to a boil.
Immediately after boiling remove from heat drink, let it cool down completely and put into the cold.
Before serving in the hot chocolate with liquor in Bulgarian add the liqueur and garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
