Pomegranate jelly
What you need:
3 pomegranate medium size
milk
what kind of milk should I choose? we'll show
30 g gelatin
30 ml warm boiled water
1 pear
50 g dark chocolate
Grenades wash, cut in half. Using a juicer to squeeze the pomegranate juice. You should get about 250 ml of juice.
Dissolve gelatin in water. When it swells, put half in a container of milk, mix thoroughly.
Carefully pour the milk mixture into a silicone mold in the shape of a heart. Put in the fridge for 30 minutes
The remaining gelatin to shift into a container of pomegranate juice, stir and pour on top of milk jelly. Refrigerate for another 35-40 minutes
Until the jelly hardens, make jewelry. Pear wash and thoroughly dry. Remove from the fruit peel thin, continuous chips. Turn the chips in the form of a flower.
