Roast with mushrooms and chicken
400 g champignons
8 feathers green onions
4 chicken fillet
8 Art. l. heavy cream or sour cream
2 Art. l. soft cream cheese
2 Art. l. ghee
1 Art. l. chopped parsley
ground black pepper
salt
Slice the chicken slices across the width of 2 cm, mushrooms cut into slices, chop green onions.
Fry the sliced products ghee for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, and add salt and pepper, pour 4 tablespoons cream and add the herbs, simmer 15 minutes.
Connect the remaining cream cheese, pour hot mixture, bring to a boil.
Roast with mushrooms and chicken garnished pasta or noodles.
