Casserole "One to ten"
Ingredients:
100 g lamb - pulp
1 kg potatoes
1 onion - head
1 tsp. the dried thyme pepper
ground black pepper
salt
the meat broth
100 g wheat flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show
50 g margarine
1 PCs egg
* 100 g lamb: 1000 g potatoes = 1:10.
Prepare dough by mixing all components (flour, margarine, egg, salt), put 30 minutes in the fridge, then roll.
Lamb and finely chop the onion and put in a flat bowl with the diced potatoes. Pour the broth so that it covers the products, add salt, thyme, pepper, top, instead of the cover to put a layer of dough, and firmly press down.
Cook in the oven on low heat for 1.5 hours.
