Ingredients:

5 PCs apples

4 PCs boiled potatoes

100 g oil

4-6 PCs egg

75 g sugar

1 PCs the lemon . (juice and zest)

60 g nuts chopped

Peel the potatoes, cut into slices, fry in butter and cool.

The juice of one lemon, zest of half a lemon, grated on a grater, egg yolks, nuts, sugar and sliced apples mixed with potatoes. Add beaten egg whites and mix well. The weight to shift into the form, greased, and bake in the oven for about an hour.

Casserole served hot or cold. The top can be filled with jelly or fruit juice.
