Assorted marinated vegetable (2)
3 PCs peppers
250 g zucchini
2 onion - head
1 fennel - head
1/2 glass vegetable broth
1/2 glass olive oil
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. parsley chopped
4 tbsp. lemon juice
spices - to taste
Pepper cut into pieces, fry in butter, pour in the vinegar.
The broth put the fennel, cut into strips, some lemon juice, herbs and propuskaite 15 minutes. Pour in the oil, salt and pepper. Zucchini cut into slices, fry in 2 tablespoons of oil.
Onion and 2 cloves of garlic chopped, spasseruyte oil with zucchini.
For the remaining marinade lemon juice mix with part of the oil, salt and pepper.
Vegetables pour the marinade, refrigerate for 2 hours.
When serving, sprinkle with herbs.
