The bread pudding with berries
Ingredients:
200 g butter
200 g sugar
3 PCs eggs
3 glass the rye bread stale grated
1 the grated zest of a lemon
1/4 tsp. cloves ground
1 tsp. cinnamon ground
150 g cherries, pitted
1 glass cream thick
Oil RUB with sugar, add the eggs, grated bread, cinnamon, cloves and zest, stir until smooth.
Mass will divide into 2 equal parts. One piece put in a greased form, put the cherries, then the remaining mass.
Bake for 20-30 minutes at 180 �C. let it Cool.
Decorate with whipped cream and a cherry.
