Bananas in coconut milk
4 pcs. banana
350 ml coconut milk

2 Art. l. sugar
1 Salt - a pinch
1/2 Art. l. orange water
1 Art. l. mint (fresh, chopped)
2 Art. l. Beans (ready)
Clear bananas and cut into small pieces. Put in a large pot with coconut milk, sugar and salt. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat.
Drizzle with orange water, add mint and shift into a bowl.
Meanwhile, put the beans in a pan with a thick bottom and put on the fire, until the beans become golden brown crispy. Then lightly crush them in a mortar.
Sprinkle bananas beans and serve hot or cold, garnished with a sprig of mint.
