Curry vegetable (2)
3 PCs potatoes
150 g zucchini
100 g beans
2 PCs carrots
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. cumin seeds
1/2 tsp. turmeric
salt - to taste
Potatoes and zucchini slice beans - slices, carrot slices.
Carrots lightly fry in butter, add the potatoes, zucchini and fry for 10 minutes. Add the vegetables, beans, cumin seeds, turmeric, salt and cook until tender.
When serving, place the vegetables on a platter and decorate with greens.
