Carrot salad with zucchini
What you need:
1 pcs. zucchini
200 g carrot
2 Garlic - cloves
2 cilantro - beam
1/2 pcs. lemon
60 g vegetable fat
ground black pepper, salt to taste
Zucchini and carrots cut into slices and fry in butter until soft.
Garlic and coriander finely chopped, add to the vegetables and fry for 2-3 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
Vegetables ready remove from heat, season with lemon juice, cool. When submitting decorate with greenery.
