4 Art. l. vegetable oil
2 Art. l. butter or sour cream
Salt - to taste
Boil the potatoes in their skins in salted water, peel, cut into slices, salt and fry in oil until golden brown. When serving fried potatoes out onto a plate, pour the melted butter or sour cream
