Potatoes with saffron
700 g purified small potatoes
2 tbsp. butter a few threads of saffron
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
salt and pepper to taste
You can serve this potato as a side dish to meat or fish, or as a separate dish with a light salad 1. Boil potatoes whole in boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes. 2. In a deep pan heat oil add potatoes, saffron, parsley, salt and pepper. Cook stirring occasionally for 3-5 minutes on high heat. Bon appetit!
