Boiled rice with meat
300 g pork
200 g rice
1 carrot
1 onion
salt
vegetable fat
spices (1 part: black pepper, adjika, thyme, paprika)
Pork cut into cubes and fry the onion in sunflower oil in a skillet. Add diced carrots. Simmer until half ready, add the spices and 200 ml. water. Wash rice and top with meat, stir and simmer over medium heat until cooked rice. Top rice sprinkle with finely chopped garlic, stir.
