500 g flour

Sift flour on a board, put it in a chilled butter, cut into small pieces beforehand, and finely chop with a knife. Thereafter in flour mixed with oil, a recess in which to pour salted water, add the egg, lemon juice and knead the dough. Of dough to roll a ball, cover it with a napkin and put it on for 30-40 minutes in the refrigerator.

Peel and grate the apples, sprinkle with lemon juice (not dark) and sprinkle with sugar. Mix cottage cheese with raisins.

Take the dough out of the refrigerator, roll out thinly and cut into squares. In each square to put an apple or curd. Fold edge envelope. Moisten the top with beaten egg yolk.

Envelopes ready to put on a baking ustelenny baking paper. Put in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
