Envelopes with eggs, onions and carrots
800 g carrots
500 g puff pastry is ready
16 quail eggs boiled
1 head onions
1 eggs
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
black pepper, salt
Clean the vegetables, grated grate the carrots, then put it under a cover on the pan with 3 tbsp water for 6 minutes
Finely chop the onion, fry for 7 minutes in a frying pan with butter, add the parsley, carrot, pepper and salt, 3 minutes to extinguish.
A thin layer roll out the dough, cut it into squares to 13 see
Put in the middle of each square 2 quail eggs and 2 tbsp. of vegetable toppings, connect the opposite corners of the dough - you should get the envelope.
Pan for baking lay parchment, put the envelopes, coat them lightly with beaten egg.
Bake the rolls with eggs, onions and carrots in a preheated 190 � C oven for 25 minutes
