Scrambled eggs with vegetables "Quail egg"
2 quail eggs
1 carrot
0.5 celery
2 Art. l. solid grated cheese
1 Art. l. vegetable oil
Cut the carrots into small cubes, lightly fry it in oil. Add to carrots celery chopped into small pieces.
Add to vegetables water so that it is slightly covered vegetables, and simmer over low heat.
Beat eggs, add them to the vegetables, stir and sprinkle with cheese all. Cover with a lid and incubated for 2 minutes.
