Compote irgi
700 g shadberry
300 g blackberry
syrup:
1 l water
300-350 g sugar
The berries are washed, filled into jars and pour sugar syrup. Heated at a temperature of 85C in a half-liter cans 10 minutes in one-liter - 15 to the boiling water - 3 and 5 minutes.
