Compote irgi
syrup:
1 l water
200-250 g sugar
3 g citric acid
700 g shadberry
300 g blackberry
The first method berries are washed, filled into jars and pour sugar syrup. Heated at a temperature of 85C in a half-liter cans 10 minutes in one-liter - 15 to the boiling water - 3 and 5 minutes.
The second way to wash the berries, mix, sprinkle on the banks, pour the boiling syrup. Sterilized as in the previous recipe.
