Festive compote "Scarlet"
5-6 grains of black pepper
4-6 small apple
3-3.5 glass water
2-4 Clove
2-3 cardamom capsules
1-2 anise stars
6 Art. l. sugar
1 Art. l. Hibiscus petals
1 Art. l. apple cider vinegar
1 h. l. apple cider vinegar (to acidify the water)
1 a piece of ginger root
Remove the apples with the peel with a knife, remove the seed box, put in cold water, acidified with vinegar for 5 minutes.
Pour 3-3.5 cups of water in a saucepan, add all the spices (before that connect them and crush), bring to a boil, boil for 5 minutes.
In boiling water, put the apples, hibiscus, add sugar, boil on medium heat for about 10 minutes, but no more than 15 minutes.
Pour the apple cider vinegar, turn off the heating plate after 10-20 seconds, close the pan with a lid, leave it to cool down.
Before serving festive compote "Scarlet" to remove in the cold for 10-15 minutes.
