Salted Atlantic herring
4 fillet lightly salted Atlantic herring
3 shallots or 1-2 medium onions bulbs
a small Cup of sour cream
2-3 boiled eggs
fresh dill, finely chopped
Cut the fish into pieces of 1?2 cm and place on a shallow oblong dish.
Peel the onion and remove the ring.
Place the onion into pieces of herring.
Put the sour cream on top.
Peel hard-boiled eggs, cut into the yolk and white separately.
Garnish the dish with strips of green dill, yellow yolks and white proteins.
