Sudak with apple sauce
800 g walleye
4 apple
2 onions
1 glass sour cream
4 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 Art. l. lemon juice
salt
Clear walleye and cut it into pieces a la carte, lightly sprinkle with lemon juice, leave for 10-15min.
Finely chop the onion, spassirovat on oil.
Peel and cores of apples, cut them into slices, add to the frying onions, simmer for 10 minutes.
Season with salt and a little oil fry separately on fish, then add to it the onion and apples, sour cream, simmer covered for for 10-15min.
Before serving perch with apple sauce decorated with carved apple peel fish and greens.
