Potatoes with eggs

You will need: 500 g potatoes, 1 egg, 20 g fat pig

Potatoes are cleaned, boiled and rubbed.

Cook hard-boiled egg, finely chopped, combined with pureed potatoes, salted, seasoned pork fat and mix.

Served as a garnish and as a separate dish.
