Boiled potatoes (2)

8 PCs potatoes

4 tbsp. butter

salt - to taste

Potatoes cut into slices, boil in salted water until tender, drain the water, potatoes dry in low heat.

When serving, drizzle the potatoes with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
