Meat dumplings with potatoes
400 g Potato
300 g shredded beef
1 raw egg
40 g walnut kernels
60 g raisins
salt
200 g olive oil
ground black pepper
Boil the potatoes in their skins, cleaned and rubbed through a sieve. Shredded beef, walnuts, raisins combined with potatoes. It was stirred and allowed to cool place for two hours. Is then formed into balls and fried in olive oil. Garnish offer boiled cauliflower, stewed carrots or beets.
