"Consular" soup
100 g mushrooms
1 egg yolk
1 the stalk of leeks
1 sweet red pepper
1 glass chicken broth
4 tbsp. heavy cream
2 tbsp. wheat flour

1 tbsp. butter
black pepper

Peppers, onions and mushrooms to cut and join, add salt and pepper, stir, pour the hot broth and cook for 5-7 minutes on high heat, covered.
Oil to combine with the flour, add the broth and add to the soup, to warm up 1 min on high heat, let the soup stand.
Yolk beaten with cream and season the soup mixture before serving.
