"Legs" of vegetables
10-15 pieces of vegetables (potatoes, eggplant, cauliflower, sweet peppers and others)
1 glass flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show
glass ? water
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
? tsp. 1 . salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. turmeric
? tsp. soda (for crispy crust - less)
vegetable oil
Knead the dough by combining the flour with salt, soda, spices and herbs, add water to desired consistency (the dough should not be too liquid) and stir with a whisk until smooth.
Chop the vegetables, dip in batter, fry in a pan with oil over moderate heat until Golden brown.
Prior to submitting the "Legs" of vegetables wet cloth.
