White fish with mustard
6 portioned pieces of white fish
2 lemon (juice)
1 onions
2 Art. l. margarine
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 Art. l. mustard
black pepper
salt
Pepper and salt fish pieces.
Saute in butter until tender onions, then add the fish and pour the juice of 2 lemons, half a cup of water, boil for 15 minutes all.
Dissolve margarine, mix with mustard, before serving white fish with mustard sauce cooked watered.
