Baked ham in beer
1 kg Potato
500 g pork
2 glass beer
4 black peppercorns
2 pea allspice
1 carrot
1 onions
1 bay leaves
? parsley root

For the preparation of taking a large piece of ham.
To clean the meat from the films and veins, wash, salt and fry in butter on all sides.
Put meat in a pan, add chopped finely carrots, onions, parsley, bell peppers, mint, bay leaf, pour beer, put the meat in the oven until cooked.
Before serving pork in beer is cut into slices a la carte, garnished with boiled potatoes and pour the warmed strained broth from the pan, seasoned butter.
