Glazed roast with beer
Required products:
900 g pork boiled
400 g potatoes
2 onion - head
50 g vegetable oil
30 g fresh thyme
1 PCs Bay leaf
1 glass the meat broth
1/2 glass dark beer
50 g jam orange
2 PCs apples
ground black pepper, salt to taste
pickled vegetables, green onions, parsley for decoration
Potatoes and onions cut into cubes, place in a roasting pan and fry in butter in the oven. Add the thyme, Bay leaf, pour in the broth and simmer 30 minutes.Mix beer with jam. Pork malpighia cloves, put on the potatoes and bake in the oven for 30 minutes, periodically lubricating the beer mixture.
Apples cut into slices and add to the meat for 10 minutes until tender.
When serving meat cut into pieces, put in the centre of the dish. Around lay the roasted vegetables. Arrange marinated vegetables and herbs.
