Loin in beer sauce
1 kg pork loin
1 l broth
To prepare the sauce:
2 glass dark beer
50 g olives, pitted
1 Art. l. butter

1 Art. l. flour
ground black pepper
salt
Cut the pork into portions pieces, pour the broth, boil until tender.
Fry the flour in butter, add the beer, cook for 10 minutes, then add chopped olives rings and cook for another 5 minutes.
Put meat on a dish, pour the sauce and garnish with greens.
This delicious and unusual dish you can apply for a New Year's table as the first one.
