Raki and beer sauce
12 cancers
3 glass light beer
1 onions
1 carrots
1 Bay leaf
1 tbsp. salt
dill
Cancers rinse and place in a saucepan.
Carrot and finely chop the onion.
Add to cancers chopped vegetables, herbs and Bay leaf, season with salt, pour beer and water.
Bring to the boil and cook for 10 minutes
Ready cancers can submit along with the broth.
Put them in a deep dish and pour broth with vegetables.
